Update NPWP Address Online via Coretax Within Same KPP

The DJP contact center (Kring Pajak) confirmed on 3 December 2025 that taxpayers can update their NPWP address online via the Coretax portal, provided the new address remains within the same tax office (KPP) jurisdiction.

The update is performed by logging into Coretax, selecting My Portal → Data Change → Main Address Change, entering the new details and attaching supporting documents. Upon successful change, the system issues a notification and a receipt that can be downloaded and emailed to the registered address.

This service aligns with the PSIAP (Tax Administration Core System Renewal) project mandated by Presidential Decree No 40/2018, streamlining administration and improving tax data accuracy for both taxpayers and the tax authority.
