First‑Time Access to Coretax for Individual Taxpayers

Cyntia, an individual taxpayer, asked how to access Coretax for the first time to file the 2025 Income Tax Annual Return. The filing deadline for individual taxpayers is 31 March 2026.

Coretax account activation depends on the taxpayer’s NPWP and DJP Online status. Taxpayers who already have an NPWP and a DJP Online login use the “Forgot Password” option; those with an NPWP but no DJP Online account choose “Activate Taxpayer Account”; and those without an NPWP must register via the “Register Here” menu.

After the account is active, the taxpayer must request a DJP authorization code or a digital certificate to sign tax documents electronically. This enables electronic filing of the Annual Income Tax Return through Coretax.
