How to Top Up Deposit for Digital Stamp Machine via Coretax DJP
December 9, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

Taxpayers who own a digital stamp machine can increase its deposit balance via the Coretax DJP portal. The top‑up is allowed only after obtaining the LA.16-01 stamp‑making permit and paying the minimum deposit required by Ministerial Regulation 78/2024. The procedure starts with generating a billing code in Coretax’s payment menu.
The deposit is paid using a Tax Payment Slip (SSP) with account code 411611-201, in multiples of Rp15 million. After the payment, the taxpayer submits a deposit‑increase request through Coretax’s administration service, selects the machine to be topped up, and enters the additional amount. The system auto‑fills related fields and creates a PDF document for electronic signing.
The document is signed with the DJP authorization code or an electronic certificate, then submitted; the system closes the case upon successful processing. This streamlined workflow helps digital‑stamp users meet stamp duty obligations and comply with the prescribed deposit rules.
