How to Resolve “Signing in Progress” Status When Uploading PPh 21

The DJP contact centre, Kring Pajak, stated on 26 October 2025 that the “signing in progress” status appears when taxpayers upload a PPh 21 withholding proof. The status indicates that the document’s digital signing has not yet been completed.

Kring Pajak clarified that the status is a waiting phase until the electronic signature is validated; the status changes automatically once validation finishes. Taxpayers can refresh the page, add another user with an authorization code or digital certificate as a representative, log in with that role and impersonate the entity, then re‑issue the document. The earlier status signified a signing failure, and these steps aim to resolve it.

If the issue persists, taxpayers may submit a Melati ticket, call the 1500200 help line, or use the live‑chat and email channels provided. Resolving the status allows the withholding proof to be processed without delay.
