The Directorate General of Taxes has released the Coretax Guided Simulator, a web‑based educational application. Taxpayers can log in with their national ID number and a standard password, without needing to register first. The platform is reachable through the official tax simulation website.

The simulator mirrors the Coretax interface for filing the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan). It features a question‑mark icon that displays guidance, dummy data for a trading company with turnover not exceeding IDR 50 billion, and pre‑populated but editable fields; users must impersonate a corporate taxpayer account before proceeding.

Providing hands‑on practice and realistic scenarios, the tool helps taxpayers become familiar with Coretax, potentially lowering filing mistakes and expanding tax education. Access is free for anyone aged 18 years or older.
