DDTC Academy conducted the third intensive session of the Comprehensive Transfer Pricing Batch 32 on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The course is one of four learning sessions that conclude with a final exam.
The session was led by Senior Specialist Andini Soraya, S.I.A., BKP, and Specialist Alfiah Ramadhani, ., BKP, and focused on intangibles, Cost Contribution Arrangements (CCA), and intragroup financial transactions. Intangibles were examined from identification and ownership to the determination of fair remuneration. Participants scoring at least 70 out of 100 receive an e‑certificate of excellence, confirming mastery of transfer‑pricing fundamentals. Recordings of all sessions remain on the DDTC Academy dashboard until November 15, 2025 for review. The training supports tax professionals and businesses in applying new rules such as PMK 15/2025 and preparing for ADIT certification, thereby enhancing compliance and credibility.
