Final Session of Transfer Pricing Batch 32 Held by DDTC Academy

DDTC Academy held the final session of its intensive Transfer Pricing course batch 32 on 1 November 2025, the fourth of four learning sessions, with a final exam scheduled for the following week.

The session covered intra‑group service pricing, the application of the arm’s length principle in business restructuring, the new transfer‑pricing inspection regulation PMK 15/2025, and dispute‑resolution mechanisms such as Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP). It was presented by DDTC Consulting Manager Tami Putri Pungkasan and Assistant Manager Dwina Karina.

Completion of the course helps participants apply transfer pricing rules and reduce tax risk. Participants scoring 70 or above receive an e‑certificate, and the session recordings remain available on the DDTC Academy portal until 15 November 2025.
