On 28 November 2025, DDTC held a collaborative discussion in Jakarta for 16 interns of the Executive Internship Program. The event highlighted the importance of adaptability in a fast‑changing work environment.
Titled “Thriving in Change: Building Adaptability at Work,” the session introduced the four career‑adaptability dimensions—concern, control, curiosity, confidence—proposed by Rudolph et al. (2017). The content aimed to help interns adjust to a quicker work rhythm and organizational culture.
Interns reported greater insight after personal reflection and interactive dialogue, viewing the session as valuable preparation for professional careers. DDTC’s internship program also offers above‑average remuneration, training access, and employee‑level facilities.
