Batch 2 Tax Negotiation Training with Creativity and Humor

DDTC Academy in partnership with the Institute of Humor Indonesia Kini (IHIK3) will hold the Batch 2 Tax Negotiation Training on Thursday, 4 December 2025, from 09:30 to 15:30 WIB at Menara DDTC, Jakarta. The face‑to‑face session is limited to a small number of participants to enable close interaction with the instructors.

The program combines technical tax content with creativity, empathy and humor, reflecting the United Nations Practical Manual on Transfer Pricing (2021) recommendation. Lead instructors are Danny Septriadi, S.E., ., LL.M Int. Tax, CHP, and Ulwan Fakhri, S.S., M.., CHP, both seasoned tax professionals with extensive experience in humor science.

The training aims to equip tax practitioners with skills to read situations, build trust and conduct audits or negotiations constructively. By integrating soft skills, the process between taxpayers and tax authorities is expected to become more balanced and efficient, supporting national fiscal compliance.
