Coretax User Survey Reveals Activation Experience

DDTCNews conducted an online survey from 26 November to 2 December 2025, gathering 193 readers who had already activated a Coretax account. The survey was coordinated from Jakarta.

Results show that 65.3% of respondents are private‑sector employees, 60.6% understand the purpose of Coretax, and 53.3% notice service changes after its rollout. While 45.1% consider account activation easy, 55.4% cite technical glitches as the main obstacle.

The findings indicate broad acceptance that Coretax simplifies tax administration, yet highlight the need for better technical stability and clearer guidance from the tax authority. The survey can help officials refine the digital tax service.
