How to Reserve a Tax Education Class via Coretax

The Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) offers a tax‑education service on the Coretax portal. The program aims to raise taxpayers’ knowledge, awareness, and voluntary compliance. Users can access it online with their Coretax account.

After logging in, select the Taxpayer Services module, then Tax Education Services, and choose the Education Activity Schedule submenu. The system shows class schedules for the next month with week, day, or list views. Choose a topic, complete the reservation form (taxpayer, representative, or proxy), and save to receive a reservation proof.

Reservations can be reviewed, edited, or cancelled via My Notifications or My Documents sections. This flexibility helps taxpayers manage their participation in tax‑education classes. Improved understanding is expected to support higher national tax compliance.
