Users start by clicking the “Register” button below the login field and completing a form that requires the NITKU (Business Activity Location Identification Number), full name, WhatsApp number, email, username, and password. When the information is correct, an OTP (One‑Time Password) is sent to the provided WhatsApp for verification, followed by an activation email that must be confirmed. Completing these steps activates the user account.

CEISA 4.0, the fourth generation of the system since its 2012 launch, consolidates services such as import, export, and domestic transport notifications. The centralized registration streamlines access for individuals and companies, enhancing the efficiency and standardization of customs procedures.
