Tangerang Tax Office Suspends PBB Services to Print 2026 SPPT
November 7, 2025 • Ben Asmadeus

The Tangerang City Tax Office suspended all land and building tax (PBB) services effective 1 November 2025. The pause aims to concentrate on the mass printing of the 2026 Property Tax Assessment Notice (SPPT).
During the printing period, mutation and name‑change services are unavailable, but applications submitted before 1 November will still be processed. Services such as Land and Building Acquisition Duty (BPHTB), PBB consultation, document pickup, NJOP assessment, and post‑2015 PBB activation remain operational.
Head of the office, Kiki Wibhawa, said the measure ensures taxpayer data in the SPPT is accurate and up‑to‑date, improving service speed and professionalism. The action supports broader initiatives for data validation, digitalisation, and transparent regional tax management.
