Government Advances Regulatory Simplification to Ease Business

JAKARTA, October 15, 2025 – The Finance Ministry affirmed that the simplification of regulations to ease doing business will continue. The statement was made by Director General of Economic and Fiscal Strategy Febrio Kacaribu on Wednesday (15/10/2025). The initiative is part of the government’s effort to improve the business climate.
Deregulation is being coordinated with other ministries and incorporates feedback from businesses, especially on tax matters handled by the Directorate General of Taxes and Customs.
