Weekly Tax Exchange Rate: Rupiah Strengthens, US$1 = Rp16,581

The rupiah kept strengthening against the US dollar, leading the tax exchange rate for the coming week to be set at Rp16,581 per $1. This rise reflects the local currency’s upward trend in the seven‑day period.

At the same time, the euro rate increased to Rp19,288.78 per €1, while the Australian dollar fell to Rp10,776.86 per A$1. The Singapore dollar and Malaysian ringgit were quoted at Rp12,788.50 per S$1 and Rp3,920.70 per RM1 respectively.
