How to Download Your NPWP via Coretax DJP

Kring Pajak, the contact centre of the Directorate General of Taxes, announced on 26 October 2025 that taxpayers can download and print a digital NPWP themselves via the Coretax DJP portal. The service is available to all taxpayers who are already registered with the DJP.

Taxpayers must first log in to their Coretax DJP account, choose the My Portal menu, then My Documents, and refresh the page. They then select the NPWP card in the documents column and click Download; if the digital card is not present, they should click Generate Document first and then Download. The procedure applies to taxpayers who meet the subjective and objective requirements set by tax law.

The digital NPWP serves as the official tax identification used in all tax documents and required for compliance. Having a single NPWP per taxpayer supports orderly tax payments and supervision. Taxpayers who fail to register may face penalties under tax regulations.
