The first package offers a personal income‑tax reduction of up to THB20,000 per travel expense, with the initial THB10,000 claimable using either paper or electronic invoices and the remainder requiring electronic invoices only. The second reduces corporate tax by up to 200% of costs for seminars and training, and the third accelerates the disbursement of government training budgets, mandating at least 60% of the FY2026 allocation be spent between October 2025 and January 2026. The fourth provides a 200% tax credit for hotel renovation costs, and the fifth halves the entertainment excise tax from 10% to 5% starting 1 January 2026.

Lavaron expressed confidence that the steps will boost purchasing power, consumption and help revive tourism and hotel investment throughout the holiday season. He believes the policies will sustain economic growth into 2026.
