Indonesia Realizes Rp491.4 Trillion Investment in Q3 2025

Indonesia’s Ministry of Investment, through the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), reported investment realization of Rp491.4 trillion in the third quarter of 2025. This figure rose from Rp477.7 trillion in Q2 and Rp465.2 trillion in Q1 of the same year.
The total comprises Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) of Rp212 trillion (43.1%) and Domestic Investment of Rp279.4 trillion (56.9%). The investment created 696,478 jobs, with regions outside Java contributing 54.1% (Rp265.8 trillion) and Java 45.9% (Rp225.6 trillion). Leading sectors were basic metal industry, mining, and transport.
The upward trend supports economic growth and job creation. The government reaffirmed its commitment to a transparent, credible, and integrity‑based investment climate by continuously improving regulations.
