West Jakarta Tax Office Holds Blood Donation for 79th Oeang Day

The West Jakarta Regional Tax Office (Kanwil DJP) partnered with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) to hold a blood‑donation event on Monday, 20 October 2025. The drive marked the 79th Oeang Day of the Republic of Indonesia.

Head of the office, Farid Bachtiar, said the activity is part of the Ministry of Finance’s One Finance (Kemenkeu Satu) Asta Cita agenda, which aims to improve state revenue performance. He noted the office’s 2025 tax‑revenue target of IDR 75.9 trillion and hopes the event will collect more than 150 blood bags.

The event included DJP staff, other finance‑sector agencies and external professional groups, reinforcing solidarity and public service. By likening blood circulation to tax collection, the office highlighted the link between economic health and tax receipts.
