Sukabumi Extends Land and Building Tax Amnesty Until 30 November

Sukabumi’s regional tax office extended its land‑building tax amnesty until 30 November 2025. The decision was announced by Head of the tax office, Herdy Somantri, on Tuesday 14 October 2025.

The amnesty waives penalties and reduces the principal tax amount by 50 % for arrears from 2013‑2019, 40 % for 2020‑2021, 30 % for 2022, 20 % for 2023, and 10 % for 2024. For the 2025 tax year, taxpayers may settle the tax without administrative sanctions. Herdy said the measure raises tax‑paying awareness.

The program enabled the tax office to meet and exceed its revenue target for Q3 2025. The office will continue outreach through pamphlets, mass media and its official social‑media channels.
