Report Tax Officials via Purbaya’s WhatsApp, Include Name & Email

Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa has opened a dedicated WhatsApp channel, 0822‑4040‑6600, for tax and customs complaints. Named ‘Report to Pak Purbaya’, the service allows citizens to report issues directly to DJP or DJBC officers. The initiative aims to give the public a direct line to the ministry.

Complainants must provide their full name and email address, as the minister noted on his official Instagram on 16 October 2025. A separate team will sort the messages by type and risk level, then verify the accuracy before taking action. The system does not guarantee an immediate reply, but verified reports will be followed up.

Officers found to have committed misconduct will face sanctions in accordance with the law.
