Lapor Pak Purbaya Receives 28,390 Reports in One Week

The Ministry of Finance reported that the Lapor Pak Purbaya complaint channel received 28,390 submissions via WhatsApp within one week after its launch on 15 October 2025. The count was recorded up to 08:00 WIB on 25 October 2025.

Of the total, 14,025 reports have been verified, including 722 complaints, 353 suggestions, 432 questions, and 12,518 other messages such as congratulations. Another 14,364 reports remain under verification, while 437 have been deemed actionable, covering 239 cases related to the Directorate General of Taxation and 198 to the Directorate General of Customs and Excise.

Finance Minister Purbaya stressed the need for transparency and said each reporter will be contacted through the dedicated number 0815‑9966‑662 for data confirmation. The channel aims to enhance integrity, accountability, and public trust in the nation’s financial institutions.
