Kudus Regent Waives Permit Fees for Mosques and Pesantren

Kudus regency has waived the Building Permit (PBG) and Functional Suitability Certificate (SLF) fees for pesantren and worship places. The move aims to ensure safety and proper construction standards for religious facilities.

Regent Samani Intakoris said the policy results from an agreement between the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency and the local council. The agency will continue to provide technical assistance to keep projects compliant with safety standards.
