Fix REG‑KODJP‑00024 Error When Creating A1 Withholding Proof

The Kring Pajak contact centre of the Directorate General of Taxes reported on 14 October 2025 that taxpayers in Jakarta could not issue an A1 withholding proof because error REG‑KODJP‑00024 appeared. The error blocks the generation of the required tax withholding document.

Kring Pajak explained that the error occurs when the passphrase—a password used for system authorization—is invalid, either due to a typo or because it has been changed while the browser cache still holds the old value. Taxpayers are advised to clear cookies and cache, switch to another browser or use a private/incognito window, ensure a stable internet connection, and, if the issue persists, request a new DJP authorization code via the My Portal menu.

This issue delays the creation of A1 withholding proofs, potentially affecting tax reporting and payment schedules. Coretax, the tax‑administration platform being modernised under the PSIAP project, continues to operate once the suggested fixes are applied, allowing taxpayers to fulfil their obligations.
