Finance Minister Purbaya Receives 28,390 Tax and Customs

Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa said the Lapor Pak Purbaya complaint line has received 28,390 messages from the public. Of those, 14,025 have been verified, including 722 that relate to tax or customs matters. A total of 437 reports have been selected for follow‑up, with 239 DJP issues and 198 DJBC issues.

Tax‑related complaints include a claim that an officer demanded Rp10 million to expedite PKP registration and a SP2DK issued despite the taxpayer’s participation in the voluntary disclosure program. Another report described a demand for Rp300 million in tax despite the taxpayer’s compliance. Customs complaints involve illegal cigarette trade from Lampung to Jambi and delays in issuing NPP BKC numbers.

Purbaya pledged to act on all findings and urged DJBC to speed up NPP BKC processing.
