Finance Minister Purbaya Awards Tax and Customs Staff

Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa presented awards to staff of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) and the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE) during a working visit to Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, on 31 October 2025. A total of nine DGT employees and eight DGCE officers received the honors.

The DGT awards went to the nine best account representatives (AR) from the West Java I, II, and III tax directorates, recognized for optimally securing state revenue. The DGCE awards highlighted eight officers for successfully curbing illegal trade in second‑hand clothing and cigarettes.

The ceremony aims to motivate all Ministry of Finance personnel to sustain high performance in public service and regulatory enforcement. The minister stressed that professionalism is essential for maintaining public trust and economic stability.
