Finance Minister: PKN STAN 2025 Graduates Must Adapt Quickly

Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa addressed 991 graduates of the Politeknik Keuangan Negara Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (PKN STAN) 2025 during the ceremony in Jakarta on 5 November 2025. He emphasized the need for rapid adaptation to evolving financial management demands.

Purbaya warned that managing state finances will become increasingly complex and that bureaucratic processes must not stagnate. He urged graduates to pursue continuous learning, innovation, and to uphold the Ministry of Finance values of integrity, professionalism, synergy, service, and excellence.

Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Stella Christie also spoke, highlighting data literacy, policy thinking, cost‑benefit analysis and storytelling as essential skills for public servants. The messages underscore the government’s expectation that new civil servants be ready to serve nationwide and contribute to stronger economic growth.
