Customs Finds Fake All Indonesia Site, Urges Caution

The government requires travelers arriving from abroad to complete an arrival card on the All Indonesia portal starting 1 Oct 2025. On Thursday, 16 Oct 2025, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) announced that a counterfeit website mimicking the service had been found. The fake site uses the address indonesia.arrival.edocsllc.online.
DJBC clarified that filing the All Indonesia form is free and should be done on the official site allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. The fraudulent page asks for personal details and even a payment to declare luggage, which the authority never requests. An Instagram post by @bcsoetta showed the fake page and warned the public not to transfer money.
Providing personal data or paying fees to the bogus site could expose users to fraud. The warning aims to keep travelers vigilant and protect the integrated immigration‑customs‑health‑quarantine process. DJBC said it will continue monitoring and taking action against similar sites.
